`IPR2024-01087, IPR2024-01091, IPR2024-01088, and IPR2024-01089) public hearings in person as
`an observer for Apple. Mr. Melvin’s presence and role was noted on the public record, and counsel
`for patent owner acknowledged the same and waived any concerns. Mr. Melvin did not enter an
`appearance as counsel of record in the proceedings.
